1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BritishPlayLounge.com (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "you") and BritishPlayLounge Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales with its registered office at 5 Mawson Rd, Manchester M13 9HG, UK ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. 3. Virtual Coins
The Platform uses a virtual currency referred to as "Coins" solely for the purpose of enabling game play within the Platform. Coins have absolutely no real-world monetary value and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or converted into real money, prizes, or any item of tangible value. Coins are issued gratuitously at account initialisation and may be replenished automatically when your balance falls below a threshold set by the Platform. We reserve the right to adjust Coin balances, reset balances, or modify the mechanics of Coin issuance at any time without notice and without liability to you. Any Coin balance displayed on the Platform represents a notional figure only and creates no debt, obligation, or entitlement on our part.
You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Platform constitutes free-to-play social entertainment only; (b) no skill is required to accumulate Coins; (c) winning Coins does not represent a financial gain; and (d) you have no proprietary or financial interest in any Coins displayed in connection with your session. 4. Code of Conduct
In using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control features of the Platform. You must not engage in any conduct that could disrupt, damage, or impair the performance or availability of the Platform or its associated infrastructure.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Content; (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Content; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; or (d) use the Content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
The BritishPlayLounge name, crown logo, and associated trade marks and service marks are the property of BritishPlayLounge Ltd. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our trade marks may constitute an infringement giving rise to legal action.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. We make no representation or warranty that game outcomes, Coin balances, or statistics accurately reflect any real-world probability, skill, or value. Game results are generated by a pseudo-random number algorithm and are provided purely for social entertainment. No reliance should be placed on any statistical information displayed by the Platform.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any content, information, or materials available through the Platform, including content provided by third parties. 7. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall in no event exceed the sum of one pound sterling (£1.00). This limitation reflects the fact that the Platform is provided entirely free of charge and involves no financial transaction whatsoever. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
You acknowledge that the Platform does not constitute gambling, wagering, or any regulated financial activity under the Gambling Act 2005 or any successor legislation. No real money is involved at any stage of using the Platform. In the event that any provision of this clause is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
